This course is intensive and the highest training you are sure to get in culinary art. Designed to equip you with the skills and technique to excel in the food and beverage industry as an all round Chef that can work within and outside Nigeria. This course certifies you to work as a Cuisine and Pastry chef. You develop the Knowledge to create your own recipes and menu, you develop confident skills to prepare a repertoire of delicacies and pastries. At the end of this course you will be ready to start off a catering business, Fast-food, Restaurant, Sweets/Patisserie Shop, bakery or work as a Chef in any area. Outstanding students are guaranteed a space for internship.
